What are "Cookies" ?

Why do I need to enable "Cookies" to shop at WebVitamins?

Nearly all shopping websites use 'Cookies' to recognize a user from one page request to another. We do not write any personal information into our Cookie, we simply write a number that we use to identify you.

How come everytime I add something to my shopping cart it dissapears?

This is likely caused by a firewall program or high security settings on your browser(FireFox, Internet Explorer, Opera, etc...) which is preventing the website from setting a 'Cookie' on your computer.

Why Can't I "Log Out" Like I Used To?

There is no need to logout you are logged out automatically when you close your browser window.

How do I find a list of products I have ordered before?

Click the "My Account" button in the upper right of any page (You will be prompted to login). On the "My Account" page you will see a link to "Items I Ordered Before". You can also click the "Favorites" link - this page lists "Previously Ordered Items" in addition to your "Favorites".
