Green Coffee Bean Extract
A green bean is an unroasted 'raw' coffee bean. There are two types, arabica and robusta; arabica is the higher quality. The arabica green bean grows in equatorial rainforests. Green coffee beans have an average shelf life of two to ten years. One shrub produces about one pound of coffee per harvest. Green coffee beans are roasted prior to grinding and brewing. The coffee can be enjoyed hot or cold, for the delicious taste and soothing aroma.
