Returns

WebVitamins will refund the purchase price for all authorized returns within 30 days of purchase. Please call 1-800-919-9122 or E-Mail customerservice@webvitamins.com to authorize in advance of return. Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective. Any single product purchased in a quantity of six (6) or more will be assessed with a 10% restocking fee.

Back Orders

While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back orders do occur. Short term back orders will be filled as soon as they become available. Long term back orders will not be filled, and must be reordered.

Fraudulent Orders

To protect our Customers, WebVitamins will prosecute fradulent ordering to the fullest extent of the law. We have a fraud-detection system that screens for suspicious orders, which are subject to investigation and possible cancellation. Please be aware that even if you do not give WebVitamins your real name, your Web browser transmits a unique address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. We report all fraudulent activity to FBI through the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
