Our passion is great taste and health.
It all started in 1992 at the small bakery of a natural foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Our passion for great taste and health led us to create the Bakery on Main Ultra Premium Granola line.
Popularized by hippies in the 60’s and 70’s, toasted oat, seed, nut and dried fruit mixtures became the staple for a generation of health conscious consumers.
Now, granola has grown up!
Bakery on Main’s Ultra Premium Granola offers consumers a Heart Healthy alternative to traditional snack and cereal products, and our line of Gluten Free Granola provides consumers and the Celiac community with a healthier lifestyle.
Bakery On Main’s granola still has the same Heart Healthy goodness of its ancestors with the flair and taste of a gourmet product.

The Bakery On Main plant is certified Kosher by the orthodox union and is certified for organic production.
Bakery On Main maintains exceptional quality standards by employing Good Manufacturing Practices including ingredient quality controls, full product traceability, gluten testing under AOAC and/or Codex methods, standardized allergen and sanitation cleaning procedures, and a HACCP program to insure food safety. State of the art metal detection is employed.
Our products are created for you in our new 26,000 square foot production facility with state of the art processing equipment and room to grow so that we can fulfill the future needs our loyal customers.
