Breast Cancer Risk Reduced by Folate, B12 and Methionine

Folate, vitamin b12, methionine linked to lower breast cancer risk

Food Consumer has an article discussing a study that found that folate, vitamin B12 and methionine reduced the risk of breast cancer. In fact those in the top 25% of folate intake were 50% less likely to develop estrogen receptor breast cancer. Vitamin B 12 showed similar results with a 26% less risk and methionine was related to a 17% reduced risk.
