Cinnamon Against High Blood Pressure?

Cinnamon offers ‘hopeful effects‘ on blood pressure, but it’s premature to make recommendations, says meta-analysis


According to a meta analysis, while Cinnamon may offer some benefits of blood pressure levels, it is still too early to make any recommendations. Scientists have reported Cinnamon to be helpful in the reduction of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of 5.39 and 2.6 mmHG. There have also been a number of studies that associated Cinnamon to the improvement of Diabetes symptoms. The meta analysis done by the researchers from the University of Toronto, the University of West London and LondonSouthBankUniversity is said to be the first ever study conducted that was directed towards the effects of Cinnamon on blood pressure levels.
