Hot Chocolate Linked to Memory Loss Prevention

Hot chocolate may prevent memory decline


Drinking 2 cups of hot chocolate a day can help keep the brain health and prevent memory loss later in life – this is according to the Scientists at HarvardMedicalSchool. The researchers were investigating on the effects of cocoa on neurovascular coupling, where blood flow in the brain changes in response to local brain activity. The lead author, Farzaneh A. Sorond says that neurovascular coupling, may play an important role in diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
