Majority Of U.S. Citizens Have Inadequate Levels Of Vitamin E In Their Diet; It Is Almost Impossible To Take A Harmful Amount

Issues and concerns about the possible health problems that can arise from too much intake of Vitamin E have been made known to the public. However, a more recent study has shown the existence of biological mechanism, which eliminates excess levels of vitamin E on a regular basis. Maret Traber, an internationally recognized expert on this micronutrientsand professor in the OSU College of Public Health and Human Sciences says that taking too much Vitamin E is not the problem, but rather the fact that the majority of the people in the US do not get sufficient Vitamin E from their diet.
