What I’ve found most helpful for my recovery was learning a more about Lyme disease. One of the first things I did was go to a seminar at the University of New Haven. At the bottom of the page they have resources from that symposium. I highly recommend that information.
I also read “Cure Unknown, Inside the Lyme Epidemic by Pamela Weintraub.” This book explained a lot to me about Lyme disease and the controversy surrounding the disease.
I good diagnosis is important and I suggest IGeneX as a laboratory.
Also I must thank my wife for her support, family support is so necessary. Also I’d like to thank my knowledgeable and understanding doctors.
Please look hard and find a good doctor who can treat you if you have Lyme disease. They are getting harder and harder to find every day.
Also the movie Under Our Skin which you can rent on YouTube for 2.99 is well worth watching.
