The fact that the FDA recommends fish oil supplements for people with heart disease, says a great deal about the legitimacy of fish based oil as a health supplement. Just recently, a study suggested that omega 3s can actually also benefit those who are suffering from ADHD. Researchers at the University of Oslo have observed the behavior of rats and have analyzed biochemical processes in their brains.
