Probiotic Bacteria Beneficial For Brain Function

According to a new research study, bacteria actually have an effect on brain function. A group of UCLA researchers found that women who consume probiotics in yogurt showed significant change among their brain functions. In addition, another study showed that probiotic bacteria have the tendency to alter brain function and treat anxiety and stress disorders.
