Prostate cancer is one of the most dreadful diseases in the world today. John Erdman, a professor of food and science nutrition and colleagues conducted a study on the combination of soy and tomato in preventing prostate cancer. In the study, he used mice to prove his theory. It has been found that half of the mice that were given a combination of soy and tomato had not developed cancerous lesions in their prostates. Even researchers from the University of Illinois reported that the combination of soy and bean can help prevent prostate cancer better than eating either one of the two alone.
