Good Bean is good for you.
Low fat, gluten free, non-gmo, all natural and high fiber in one tasty little package.
The Good Bean was founded by Sarah Wallace after a diagnosis of diabetes and she wanted to cut out refined carbs and gluten. Sarah roasted chick peas and then coated them a variety of tasty seasonings. The seasonings are Cracked Pepper, Sea Salt, Smoky Chili and Lime, and my favorite Sweet Cinnamon.
I first tried these at a recent food show and really loved the flavors. I’ve been waiting to tell you all about them but had to wait till they came in the warehouse. The Good Beans showed up yesterday so I want to make sure that you get a chance to hear about them. The price is right at around 2 dollars a bag for two servings. They are low fat and low carb with high fiber content. Really they taste like a nut with a bit of chick aftertaste.
We all tried the Sweet Cinnamon in the office today as I wanted to share and see what everyone opinion would be. Below is a sample of what people were saying.
- Really Good
- Taste like a beer nut
- Unexpected flavor
- I’m surprised how much they are like a nut
One person wasn’t crazy about the slight flavor of chickpeas however some of our pickiest eaters were impressed with the flavor.

You can easily use them to flavor your food. The Sea Salt would work well as a replacement for a crouton or a cracker in your soups. Cracked Pepper would add a spice flavor and crunch to your salad. Sweet Cinnamon would make a nice replacement for granola in yogurt. Smoky Chili and Lime could be used to spice up Mexican style food such as fish or guacamole or even in a salad.
We want everyone to give them a try so we are offing a special introduction sale.
