The Role of DHA on Kid’s Learning and Memory

Kids need DHA to read and remember

According to the new observational study conducted at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, higher levels of long-chain omega-3s, and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) were linked to better reading and memory performance. Researchers found that increased intake of omega 3’s could be beneficial to children between 7-9 years old who are performing poorly in school.
