Edgar R. Miller III, along with other researchers at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in Baltimore found that the supplementation of vitamin C may help lower blood pressure levels. According to the study, patients suffering from high blood pressure may lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure by taking Vitamin C regularly.
