Vitamin D and Pneumonia

Low vitamin D ups pneumonia risk

From New Hope comes this article out of Finland that showed that lower vitamin D was related to a higher risk of pneumonia. The study found that those with lowest levels of vitamin D were 2.5 times more likely to develop pneumonia.

Considering vitamin D is one of the most inexpensive supplements on the market it only makes sense to keep taking it to make sure your immune system is healthy.
