Eating a Big Breakfast Fights Obesity and Disease

 

The food that you eat is a huge factor when it comes losing weight or even in maintaining your overall wellness. But just recently, a researcher found that it’s not only about what you eat, but also when you eat. According to Prof. Daniela Jakubowicz of TAU’s Sackler Faculty of Medicine and the Diabetes Unit at WolfsonMedicalCenter, the time of the day when we eat greatly affects our metabolism as it is affected by the body’s circadian rhythm — the biological process that the body follows over a 24 hour cycle.
