Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is between flavors of green tea and black tea. Oolong tea comes from the same plant, Camellia Sinensis, which both green tea and black tea come from. Oolong tea however is not fermented (allowed to blacken) as long as black tea. Hence Oolong tea is between green tea and black tea in flavor. Oolong tea should be seeped at 203 degrees F for 1-9 minutes depending on flavor.
