Uncaria tomentosa, or Cat's Claw, is a large woody vine, with both flowers and fruit, that can reach heights 100 feet. Cat's Claw can be found in the rainforests of Central and South America. The root and bark are used in herbal remedies. Rhynchophylline is the major alkaloid of the plant.
