Alpha GPC (alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) is produced from phosphatidylcholine usually derived from some plant source such as soy. Alpha GPC in the body metabolizes to form choline and glycerophosphate. Alpha GPC works to support neuronal and memory functioning.
