Sterolins

Sterols and phytosterols are plant fats that are simular in structure to the animal fat cholesterol. All plants will contain sterols and phytosterols. Sterols and phytosterols are thought to be helpful in supporting blood lipids. Plants oils are a common source of sterols, phytosterols and beta-sitosterol.
