Garum Armoricum

Garum Armoricum, or Stabilium, is an extract from a deep-sea blue fish. The fish lives in the deep Atlantic which has caused it to make adaptations such as low temperatures and low oxygen levels. The adaptations have also led to an increased amount of antioxidants and fatty acids to help the fish with the low oxygen levels when it does surface.

Stabilium combines this fish extract with herbs and salt. Actually, Garum armoricum has been around since Roman times when it was given to the gladiators and Roman legionnaires. The Romans believed it helped with anxiety and fatigue. Today, Garum armoricum is still used to promote well-being. It is used for anxiety, mild depression, stress, muscles and fatigue.
