Tribulus Terrestris grows in many tropical and moderate regions of the world. Over the years, tribulus has been used by a variety of culture for different purposes. For example, the Chinese use it for the liver and kidneys while in Indians used it for anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and diuretic effects. More recently, tribulus has been used by athletes and bodybuilders. Tribulus is a testosterone enhancer. It helps with the product of the luteinizing hormone (LH). An increase in LH levels increases the production of testosterone.
