Bee Pollen is the pollen collected by the worker bees on their legs. It also refers to the nectar and bee saliva. Most of bee pollen is polysaccharides, however, it also includes some lipids, protein, simple sugars, vitamin C, amino acids, vitamin B12, and carotenoids. Bee pollen is used to support athletic performance and endurance. Bee pollen is also used to support a healthy allergy response. Bee Pollen has demonstrated both anti-inflammatory and immune-stimulating activities.
