E. Pallida Roots
Echinacea Pallida, often shortened to E. Pallida, is one of three types of Echinacea. The other two types are Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia. The roots of Echinacea Pallida are the most effective. Their use has been studied and proven for broncitis, colds, cough, fever, sore throat, and infections. Echinacea Pallida has been shown to shorten flu symptoms by as much as four days. The herb is effective, as research has shown, because it helps to stimulate the immune system; boosting white bloods cells, spleen cells, and other disease-fighting agents.
Echinacea Pallida has no reported adverse reactions when taken in the prescribed dosage.
