Inositol Hexanicotinate is also known as Inositol niacinate and No-Flush Niacin. Inositol hexanicotinate consists of six molecules of niacin (nicotinic acid) chemically linked to an inositol molecule. It is hydrolyzed in the body to free niacin and inositol; this is a very slow process.

Inositol hexanicotinate has been used to improve circulation and for peripheral vascular disease. There is a number of other ailments that inositol hexanicotinate is used for such as lowering blood pressure, and improving mental health.
