Vanadium can be found in some seafoods, plants, vegetables and fruit. The highest concentrations of vanadium can be found in the liver, kidney, and bones. It appears to be important in normal bone growth and as a cofactor for various enzynme reactions. Vanadium may also have cardiovascular effects.
