Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline

Alpha-GPC, or Alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine, is created in a breakdown process from phosphatidylchoilne from plant sources such as soy. Alpha-GPC is metabolized to form glycerophosphate and choline. Alpha-GPC is connected to neuronal functioning because it is a precursor to membrane phospholipids.
