Blue Flag

Blue Flag (Iris versicolor) is used orally for liver support. It has been used as both a laxative and for diuretic effects. It is usually only used in very small dosages. Blue Flag is a member of the Iridacea family. The rhizome is used in medicinal formulas. Blue Flag active ingredients are still being studied.
