Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) is an amino acid complex which, when taken with niacinamide and inositol, may produce a calming effect. Vitamin B-1 (thiamine) is known as the "morale vitamin" because of its relation to a healthy nervous system and its beneficial effect on mental attitude. Magnesium is necessary for proper functioning of nerves, muscles and neuromuscular contractions. Glutamic Acid is used as fuel by the brain. Synergistic herbs are added which are thought to produce sedative effects on various parts of the body. Brain tissue provides growth and repair factors for weak or exhausted brain cells and has a balancing effect.

Suggested Use
