Knock out contains melatonin, made by the brain and responsible for maintaining regular sleeping patterns. Schiff has added Valerian extract and theanine found in green tea, for their calming properties.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, food glaze, maltodextrin and polyethylene glycol.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablet at bedtime or as recommended by a health care practitioner.

Does Not Contain

Added sugar, sucrose, fructose, lactose, salt (sodium chloride), yeast, wheat, gluten or milk. Preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

Warnings/Cautions

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Not intended for use by pregnant or lactating women, individuals with auto immune conditions, depressive disorders, endocrine disorders, serious illness or other drug use. Seek advice from your health practitioner prior to use if under medical supervision, taking tranquilizers or sedatives, or taking more than 10mg per day. Do not use before or while operating a motor vehicle or heavy machinery. Not to be taken by individuals under the age of 18. Do not consume with alcohol. Valerian extract has a naturally occuring pungent odor.
