This is a great energy producing supplement. No jitters like caffeine and it's water soluble so there probably arn't any long term health effects. It's inexpensive and I trust the source.

There are no cons that I'm aware of.

Its a good replacement if you are trying to kick the coffee habit. A great energy booster, too.
