Ingredients Mechanically (expeller) cold pressed unrefined certified organic flaxseed oil and particulate, mixed tocopherols (naturally extracted Vitamin E from non-GE soy).

Suggested Use

Be sure to shake the bottle vigorously upside down for a few minutes before each use so that the lignans are well dispersed throughout the oil. 1-2 tbsp. daily with food. Flax oil makes a wonderful addition to salad dressings, yogurt, and smoothies.

Trans Fat.
