Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) is a member of the B-Vitamin family and is sometimes referred to as Vitamin B-3. It is found naturally in meat, poultry, fish, legumes, yeast and cereal grains. Niacin is intended to provide nutritive support for normal cardiovascular health and blood lipids.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water.

Niacin in timed, sustained - release form (tablet or capsule) has caused a liver dysfunction reaction in some individuals. It is recommended you consult with your physician before using. Niacin may cause temporary flushing of the skin. Such flushing normally persists only for a few doses and can be minimized by limiting the size of the dosage and taking it with food. Diabetics should consult a physician prior to taking large doses of Niacin.
