Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 servings daily. Simply add 4 tablespoonfuls to 8 oz. of cold water. Stir and serve. It may be mixed for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. Suggested use: Twinlab Choline Cocktail is a quick acting energizing drink. For best results, take one serving upon awakening in the morning in place of coffee.

Diabetics may use only under a physician's supervision because this product contains chromium picolinate which may enhance insulin sensitivity.
