Suggested Use

Over a 14-day period, begin with 1 caplet per day before bed time on an empty stomach with 8 ounces of purified water. Increase usage by 1 caplet per day until you reach 8 caplets per day, dividing the usage between the morning and the vening. Maintain 8 caplets per day for 8 days.
