Suggested Use

The pills are small enough to swallow without choking. It is nice to have no hot flashes during the day and especially while I sleep. These pills do work.

Don't forget to take 1 pill in the AM and one pill in the PM.

I enjoyed browsing the website, it is very user friendly and has nice big images. there is more variety of women's healthcare vitamins.
