Udo's Choice Oil Blend is a special blend of carefully chosen, natural, unrefined oils. It contains a safe and healthful balance between the essential fatty acids omega 3 and omega 6, which are essential to life. The Oil Blend consists of oils from fresh, certified organic flax, sesame and sunflower seeds, as well as oils from evening primrose, rice germ and oat germ.

Suggested Use

Start with one tbsp per day and gradually increase to one tbsp for every 50 pounds of body weight per day.

Warnings/Cautions

Unopened bottles can be refrigerated for up to six months and for over two years in a freezer (oil shrinks when frzoen; the glass bottle will not break). Once opened, use within 8 weeks and keep refrigerated between uses.
