Suggested Use
Directions for internal consumption:
Take 5-20 drops in water two or three times a day or as needed.
Directions for external use:

Directions for Oral Hygiene:
12-20 drops in water as a mouthwash for gum disease & general oral health. Gargle for sore throat.
