Suggested Use

Adults take two to four capsules daily. For optimal nutritional support take four capsules daily.

Warnings/Cautions

Do not exceed 10,000 I.U. of vitamin A per day. Pregnant women and women of child bearing age, do not exceed 8,000 I.U. of vitamin A per day. Pregnant or lactating women should consult a health care professional before using any product.
