Suggested Use

Adults use 2 sprays in each nostril every 2-4 hours or as needed. Children 4-12 years of age use 1/2 the adult dosage. For children under the age of 4 consult a healthcare practitioner. For preventative measures, spray 1-2 times daily during heightened periods of exposure to the flu.

Warnings/Cautions

Flu Relief is not intended a a substitute for a vacination. Keep out of reach of children. Stop and ask a doctor if: symptoms do not improve in 3 days or new symptoms appear, fever lasts more than 2 days or exceeds 102F, sore throat is severe and lasts for more than 2 days, you have persistent symptoms of fever, headache, rash,nausea and vomiting. Because this may be a sign of a more serious condition, you are over 60 years of age, take prescription medication or have a respiratory disease, you may be at higher risk for the flu. Do not take flu relief without cinsulting your doctor. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.
