The fact that this is a capsule with 1300 mgm of Primrose oil is good and the price is excellent!

The downside is that the capsule is very large. There is a picture of the capsule on the side of the label, but you can not zoom in on this part of the label to see it. I ordered 120 capsules and decided to return it because I did not want to have to swallow this large capsule for the next 4 months.
