What GABA does is unique. There is something very special about it. I suffer from fibromyalgia and depression. I found that GABA makes me relax and sleep better. I am less depressed and have more energy,

For me there are no cons.

With GABA supplements, I don't need to take as much of my anti-depressian prescription.
