My wife really likes this product and she can feel the difference in her nerves. She has less pain and more overall calmness.

Too bad the main ingredient for magnesium is magnesium oxide. Magnesium should be in equal parts as the oxide is low in quality. I do like the magnesium to calcium ratio. I have noticed that too much magnesium though can loosen the stool IMHO.
