During times of tension, our bodies use vitamins B-6 and C to produce epinephrine and norepinephrine, hormones that help the body respond to stress. In addition, the B vitamins support a healthy neurological system and energy production. The B vitamins and vitamin C are water soluble and therefore not stored as well as fat-soluble vitamins, requiring more frequent replenishment. Hi-Stress B&C also contains amino acids, minerals and herbs known for their soothing effect on the nervous system.
