Insomnia Relief provides relief for the symptoms of occasional sleeplessness, helps to reduce difficulty falling asleep and will not cause daytime drowsiness.

Suggested Use

Adults and children over the age of 12, chew 2 tablets and allow to dissolve in the mouth 30 minutes before bedtime and 2 tablets at bedtime. Children 6-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage. Not recommended for children under 6.
