Suggested Use

If you desire as a medicinal tea: be sure to use 1 tea bag per 1 cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 7-12 minutes. This is known as the infusion method. If you desire as a quick brew: use 1 tea bag per 1 cup of hot water. Pour water over tea bag, cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
