We prepare our Shatavari Extract from the root of Asparagus racemosus plants that have been Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides .

To assure optimal extraction of Shatavari's bioactive compounds, the roots are hand-harvested in the fall, carefully shade-dried and are then thoroughly extracted.

Our Shatavari is never fumigated or irradiated.
