Have been using this product for several years. Works very well for me.

Not a substitution for medical care, but very effective and easily tolerated. I tried lots of pharmaceuticals and found this had the fewest side effects and only at higher doses.

A few minor side effects, including constipation.It takes a long time to work, compared with pharmaceuticals, but much better for me in the long run. I wouldn't go beyond the recommended dose without being under the care of a physician. Most don't know much about it, but it can lessen the effects of some meds, so best to check.

Buy it here; it's easy and cheap by comparison to other providers. Almost impossible to find in Canada.
