Good vitamin and mineral supplementation with reduced sugar intake. Better than the regular Emergenc-C, especially with daily or frequent use.

Not aware of any

Taking an Emergen-C on the days that I exercise or work outdoors in the sun seems to keep me from running my body down. Also a good protection during long air trips.
